Overview:


myScout is looking for a driven and reliable Client Intelligence Associate to join our growing team. This is a high-volume outbound calling role focused on verifying company information and staffing usage across the United States. You will spend most of your day on the phone speaking with decision makers & gatekeepers at a fast pace.

This is a fully remote position designed for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable talking to strangers all day, highly organized, and able to perform consistently in a structured startup environment. Attendance is critical in this role. Performance is measured daily and weekly through clear metrics. Call offs directly impact results and are not tolerated.

This is not a sales role, but it is a production driven role with clear expectations around output and accuracy.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Make 200 to 300 outbound calls per day using an auto dialer from a provided list
  • Speak with companies to confirm hiring trends, staffing usage, and company facts
  • Identify staffing departments and gather accurate contact information for decision makers
  • Gather additional insights such as roles filled by staffing, frequency of usage, and staffing vendors used
  • Conduct online research using Google, LinkedIn, company websites, and other sources to validate records
  • Research personal insights on staffing decision makers through social media platforms
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and the myScout platform
  • Flag lead issues or inconsistencies to the Manager for re verification
  • Respond to client questions or corrections via chat, email, or phone within 24 hours
  • Answer inbound calls to the myScout main phone line as needed


Requirements

  • Call center, customer service, telemarketing, recruiting, or other high volume outbound calling experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with an auto dialer is a plus
  • Staffing industry knowledge is helpful but not required. Full training provided
  • Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence
  • Comfortable having back-to-back conversations throughout the day
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
  • Coachable, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Proven strong attendance record in prior roles required - call offs are not tolerated here
