Position Overview

AO Globe Life is looking for a Client Benefits Representative to support clients as they explore insurance coverage options for themselves and their families. This remote position involves connecting with prospective clients, conducting virtual needs assessments, and providing education about life, accident, and supplemental health insurance.

You will have access to warm leads, comprehensive training, daily coaching, and a team committed to helping you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients using warm company-provided leads

• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments

• Identify customer needs through professional conversations

• Explain insurance benefits and available coverage options

• Help clients make informed decisions

• Follow up with clients to provide a high-quality experience

• Keep accurate records and organize client communication

• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
