ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to:
- Independently performs core client service and operational responsibilities across onboarding, renewals, open enrollment, and ongoing client support.
- Serves as a technical resource for HRIS and enrollment platforms, benefits communications, surveys, and standard reporting.
- Reviews benefit contracts and materials for accuracy and completeness prior to client delivery.
- Responds to more complex client questions and manage defined lifecycle tasks with limited oversight.
- Supports entry‑level financial analysis, claims & utilization reporting, and renewal preparation.
- Informally guides peers and contributes to workflow execution through independent decision‑making within established parameters.
Qualifications
- 1+ years relevant experience
- Technical application skills: OE guide applications
- General understanding of client lifecycle
- Life & Health License: Take and pass Life & Health License within timing necessary for state requirements
