Claims Field Representative

Mountain West Farm Bureau is currently hiring a full-time Claims Field Representative to assist with investigating, analyzing, and determining extent of liability for personal, casualty or property loss or damages. The Claims Field Representative learns how to effectively communicate with insureds, claimants, and other parties to investigate and resolve claims. This is full-time position remote position, must be located in the Sidney, MT area and typically works 40 hours per week. You can expect a competitive starting wage of $4,383 - 5,186 per month, depending on experience.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A CLAIMS FIELD REPRESENTATIVE

In this full-time position, you will operate in a variety of locations including office settings as well as claimants’ sites. This role requires extended periods of walking, sitting, bending, and climbing and carrying ladders. Additionally, performing this job requires extensive work with computers, mobile devices, and other productivity tools. The following are required to assist in the duties performed by a Claims Field Representative:

• High school degree or GED.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.  
• Ability to pass a state adjuster’s licensing exam. 

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to claim sites as required.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
