This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and excel in providing exceptional service to Chinese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Chinese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle specifications, services, and maintenance.
• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Educate clients about automotive products and services, helping them make informed decisions.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer inquiries and ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Chinese Simplified and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
• A passion for automobiles and willingness to learn about new automotive technologies and products.
