Position Overview (Role Summary)

This role is responsible for the overall planning, governance, and execution of the Design‑in process platform and related strategic initiatives in the China region. Acting as a critical communication bridge between China and global stakeholders (including Global CWM and Global Sales), the position will take ownership of License‑out projects as the core focus, ensuring end‑to‑end management from project initiation through implementation.

By proactively identifying and capturing License‑out collaboration opportunities, the role will work closely with Sales and Spec‑in Application teams to drive win‑back opportunities and accelerate sustainable business growth in the Chinese market.

Main Job Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities)

  • License-out Project Process Management: Lead the planning and implementation of License-out projects in the China region, design and manage the entire process from project initiation, evaluation, coordination to decision-making and implementation, ensuring efficient operation at each key stage; promptly identify and solve bottlenecks in the process, and optimize cross-departmental and cross-regional collaboration mechanisms.
  • Global Collaboration and Communication Bridge: As the main interface between the China region and the global CWM (Clinical Workflow Management) team and the global sales team, establish a clear and efficient communication mechanism; ensure that the background, progress, and requirements of the China region projects are fully understood and responded to globally, and actively seek global resource support for the execution of key projects in China.
  • Design In Pipeline Management: Overall management of the Design in project Pipeline in the China region, regularly assess the progress status and risk points of the projects in the Pipeline, provide strategic suggestions to the management in a timely manner, ensure that the projects proceed according to plan and achieve the set milestones.
  • Win-back Opportunity Expansion: Utilize the License-out cooperation opportunities, collaborate with the sales team in the China region and the Spec-in application team to discover and promote win-back opportunities; in key projects, support the sales and technical teams in formulating competitive solutions and platform value propositions to attract previously lost customers to return to the company's product and service system, achieving Spec-in reversal and business growth.

Educational Background

  • Master's degree or above, majoring in biopharmaceuticals, bioengineering, pharmaceutical engineering, life sciences, marketing, etc. Work Experience
  • Have relevant experience in CMC of biopharmaceutical enterprises or in the work of foreign enterprises' suppliers, and have a deep understanding of biopharmaceutical process development and production processes (such as upstream fermentation cultivation, downstream purification, process scaling and technology transfer, etc.); also have work experience in marketing departments, strategic planning or product management positions, and be able to combine market insights with technological research and development to drive projects; if there is experience in cross-border project collaboration and cross-cultural team communication, it will be even better.

  • Outstanding strategic thinking, able to think about business issues from a global and long-term perspective and plan feasible processes and solutions; excellent project management and organizational coordination skills, good at simultaneously advancing multiple complex projects and ensuring timely delivery of results; excellent communication and expression skills with influence, able to build consensus in cross-departmental and cross-regional teams and promote decision execution; adaptable to dynamic changing industry environments, strong resilience, and a proactive awareness of problem-solving and innovation improvement.   • Familiar with the platform-based process development concept and have practical experience in driving business growth through platform strategies.
  • Have successful cases of supporting sales or customer teams in obtaining key projects (for example, having assisted in winning important clients or achieving Win-back through technical support or strategic planning);
  • Have participated in License-in/License-out cooperation projects in the biopharmaceutical field or possess global business collaboration experience and have a deep understanding of the cross-company cooperation models in the industry.
