About the role

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial, analytical, and execution-oriented Chief of Staff to the CEO.
This person will work side-by-side with the CEO to build and operate the systems that drive growth. You will sit at the intersection of the CEO, Growth, Sales, Solution Specialists and our go-to-market teams, turning ideas and signals into repeatable processes, campaigns and qualified opportunities.

Who you are

• 5+ years of professional experience in relevant roles such as Growth, Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, Solution Consulting / Solution Specialist, Commercial Strategy, Chief of Staff, consulting, or similar high-ownership operating roles. 
• You have extremely high ownership. When something falls within your domain, you don't wait for someone else to solve it.
• You are commercially minded and naturally curious about customers, markets and what creates an opportunity.
• You are highly structured. You can take something messy and turn it into a clear process, system or workflow.
• You are comfortable operating both strategically and tactically. 
• You are proactive. 
• You identify problems before they become visible to everyone else and escalate early when needed. You have high standards and are comfortable holding others accountable to them.
• You communicate clearly and can work effectively with senior executives, AEs and cross-functional teams. You enjoy using data and AI to make better decisions and move faster.And, most importantly, you are someone who wants to own a business problem rather than simply execute a list of tasks.
• What matters most is a combination of commercial judgment + systems thinking + extreme ownership + execution speed.
