Oversee the organization's fiscal function and performance at all levels. Publish monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and various other ad-hoc reports as needed. Lead contracted IT staff and manage third-party vendors to support the Firm's technology needs. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: 4-year required; 4-year degree in business preferred
- Experience (years and type of experience): 5 years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles required; 5+ years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles preferred
- Certification(s): None required; Additional professional development or designations preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Demonstrated track record in one of the following: Private Equity, Investment Banking, Public Accounting, or as a Chief Financial Officer in a middle market professional services company with $15+ million of revenue
- Background in working with professional services businesses
- Experience with analyzing M&A transactions, including financial modeling, transaction execution, and diligence vendor management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make complex decisions
- Excellent financial skills, with the ability to detect trends from financial statements and provide analysis to senior leadership and managers to improve their decision-making ability
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on innovative and creative solutions that result in higher profitability
