Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s commercial strategy in fintech/PSP/high-risk payments

  • Drive key deals and strategic partnerships with PSPs, merchants, and aggregators

  • Lead and structure the commercial, sales, and business development team

  • Represent the company at conferences and industry events, expanding its market presence

  • Build a strong sales pipeline and negotiate high-impact opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience leading a sales, business development, or commercial team with revenue ownership

  • Deep knowledge of PSPs, payment processing, and high-risk industry operations

  • Proven success in closing complex, high-value deals and building strategic partnerships

  • Ability to define and execute commercial strategies across teams

  • Strong public representation skills with negotiation and relationship-building capabilities

  • Languages: English, Russian

  • Experience in fintech
