We are looking for Chat Operator .
Your main tasks will be:
- Monitor chat conversations for 8+ hours per day
- Occasionally respond on behalf of companions to improve response quality
- Track and analyze conversation dynamics between clients and companions
- Evaluate Copilot performance and response quality
- Identify and report issues with automated replies
- Coordinate content creation requests (photos/videos) based on client needs
We expect from you:
- Strong attention to detail
- Patience and ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
- Structured and systematic approach to work
- Understanding of customer psychology and ability to empathize with different user groups
- Interest in learning and working with AI tools
- Fast learner with a growth mindset
- Strong written Russian and good English skills
