Casino Manager

We are looking for a proactive Casino Manager to manage relationships with game providers, coordinate promotional activities, and optimize game performance across our casino brands.

In this role, you will work closely with game providers and internal teams to launch engaging promotional campaigns, negotiate commercial terms, and contribute to the growth and performance of our casino products.

Responsibilities

• Game Provider Management: Build and maintain relationships with game providers, coordinate the onboarding of new partners, and negotiate commercial terms for launches.
• Promotional Activities: Plan and coordinate joint promotions with game providers, including game positioning, Free Spins (FS) campaigns, tournaments, Drops campaigns, and exclusive offers.
• Campaign Analytics: Analyze promotional results and maintain reporting on discounts received and campaign performance.
• Tournament Management: Plan, launch, and manage local and network tournaments across the company’s casino brands.
• New Brand Launches: Participate in new brand launches, including game lobby setup and technical configuration.
• Game Performance Optimization: Monitor game performance and adjust technical parameters based on the current performance of each brand.

Requirements

Must-have

• 3+ years of experience in a similar or related role within the iGaming industry.
• Hands-on experience with the SoftSwiss Casino Platform and SoftSwiss Game Aggregator.
• Experience working with game providers in Tier 1 markets.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working closely with an analytics team.
• Solid understanding of key product and financial metrics in the Casino/Game vertical, including GGR, NGR, RTP, ATPU, ARPU, Lobby CTR, and Game Session Duration.
• Practical experience setting up and launching tournament campaigns.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with other casino platforms and game aggregators, such as Soft2Bet, GBL, Alea, or Infingame.
• Experience working with game providers in African markets.
• Experience launching custom Drops and Jackpot campaigns.
• Familiarity with game-related product features and gamification mechanics, such as Fortune Wheel, Lootbox, Missions, and Product Store.
