JOB SUMMARY:
  • Responsible for promoting the Casino Business Development program to all qualified players and/or guests, along with coordinating all aspects of the Casino certificate events..
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for the overall setup of Casino events; includes supervising event support staff and set up crew.
  • Ensure Norwegian Cruise Line marketing collateral is present at events.
  • Train Casino staff to navigate the Salesforce CRM tool during events.
  • Promote the Casino program to qualified attending players and guests.
  • Ensure accurate cruise offerings and upgrades are provided to casino players and guests by reviewing casino certificates.
  • Maintain communication with Norwegian Cruise Line Casino Management on event related matters; including general guest Q&A, inaccurate pricing, upgrades, etc).
  • Generate and maintain event reports to record attendance and significant issues.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned..
QUALIFICATIONS:


DEGREE TYPE:
  • High School Diploma.
EXPERIENCE:
  • 1 year customer service experience preferred.
  • Cruise industry experience a plus..
COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed to communicate effectively with prospective guests, clients, and team members.
  • Detail oriented with superior organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivating with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
  • Ability to travel on weekdays and/or weekends, with one week's notice, as needed..
