Hours: 20 hours a week

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Case Management
    Partners with the Director of Select Services, National Account Manager (Nat’l AM), and the Data Services/Analytics teams on developing and deploying effective and deductive methods of internal best practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the case. Participates in product implementation and regular meetings with the client. Meets with carriers during pre- and post- implementation of product changes and introductions of new Ben Admin systems. Supports the client’s Human Resources and Payroll staff by resolving and/or escalating critical issues timely.
  2. Service Support
    Responds timely to all client inquiries. Assists the client’s Human Resources staff with escalated issues concerning all benefits. Supports billing for all insurance products with the carrier and the client’s payroll representative. Acts as the carrier liaison for individual policy escalated issues related to claims. Coordinates resolution on all payroll deduction issues. In conjunction with Nat’l ASM, attends conference calls/internal team meetings and maintains the meeting minutes to distribute post-call and delegates deliverables. Creates and maintains National Beef’s resource guide, including communication materials for enrollments. Trains assigned associates on core and voluntary benefits, as requested. Acts as a liaison between clients and carriers regarding all enrollments.
  3. Data Management   
    Manages clients’ enrollment, including formatting and uploading client data in multiple systems. Produces monthly/quarterly reports and audits activity by extracting, analyzing, and testing internal and external information to locate data discrepancies pulled from multiple sources. Analyzes and troubleshoots payroll deductions, benefit enrollments, and reconciles monthly billing. Processes carrier change files to update systems and ensures associate deductions are started, and payment is remitted timely to the carrier. Scrub, submit, and file paper applications and cancellation/change forms to select carriers. Analyzes client’s voluntary enrollment data and prepares monthly reports utilizing the CRM platform. Ensures eligibility files are loaded in all systems timely. Performs data administration and operations using multiple file types, such as Excel, CSV, and Text. Validates CRM system data and make updates, and assists in developing effective methods for tracking data that cannot be accommodated in CRM. Identifies and corrects errors in data sets and escalates file discrepancies accordingly, adhering to regulations and company procedures with regard to data security.  
  4. Performs all other functions as assigned.
     


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED equivalent
  • Professional experience demonstrating polished interpersonal communication skills and excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrated strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Professional experience analyzing data points and report management.
  • Professional experience coordinating business-to-business relationships creating successful outcomes.
  • Former experience operating in a multitasking, highly detail oriented and deadline driven work environment.
  • Advance experience operating with Microsoft Excel worksheets manually.



    PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree - completed or in process to complete.
  • Written and verbal proficiency in Spanish language.
  • Working knowledge of the Bswift platform.
  • Working knowledge of benefit insurance, including core and/or voluntary benefit products.
  • Former experience in life-cycle account/case management.
