💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Make proactive outbound calls to resolve member issues and prevent disenrollment
  • Handle inbound support with empathy and professionalism
  • Conduct annual plan reviews and assist with re-enrollments
  • Support plan changes, application updates, and collaborate with carriers/providers
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow compliance workflows
  • Assist with scheduling, verification, and campaign support as needed

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

  • Active health insurance license (multi-state preferred)
  • 1–2 years of customer service, retention, or Medicare sales experience
  • 2026 AHIP preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a big plus
