Earlston Academy is looking for experienced Career Coaches/ Career Counselors to support our learners with career development, job-search strategy, professional branding, and career planning.

This is a flexible, as-needed contract opportunity for professionals who enjoy helping people turn their skills and training into meaningful career opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one career coaching to Earlston Academy learners.
  
• Help learners develop career goals and actionable career plans.
  
• Provide guidance on resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and professional branding.
  
• Help learners prepare for interviews and improve their interview skills.
  
• Provide job-search strategies and career development guidance.
  
• Help learners identify relevant roles, skills, certifications, and professional development opportunities.
  
• Provide practical feedback and encouragement throughout the career-development process.
