Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and update the market strategy for lubricants, varnishes, and colorants for the food industry (confectionery) through periodic price reviews, portfolio alignment, competitor analysis and trends, inventory management, positioning activities, sales analysis, and effective communication with stakeholders.
•    Responsible for commercial and technical management with our distributors and direct customers, as well as generating new accounts.
• Support the CAPOL sales team by developing effective sales tools and planning/participating in customer visits and providing technical support.
• Provide training to customers and sales colleagues. 
•    Propose and implement annual operational/budget plans.
•    Attend and organize industry-specific exhibitions and seminars as appropriate. Participate as a member in associations or groups, as appropriate.
•    Prepare monthly activity, sales, and opportunity reports. Prepare weekly visit plans and monthly activity reports.
•    Use CRM to document customer visits and email communications. Responsible for generating sufficient opportunities and documenting them in CRM to meet annual growth targets.

•    Creation of Value Case Studies (VCS)
•    Creation of content reports for the Marketing Communications department. 
•    Responsible for determining customer pricing levels and margins, coordinating inter-company pricing in conjunction with the Pricing Manager. 

Qualifications:

a)    Education: Chemical Engineering.
b)    Specialization: Knowledge of the food industry.
c)    Experience: Minimum 5 years in a position within the food industry.

d)    Skills:

Language: Advanced English / able to engage in business conversations.
