About Clipster

Clipster is where brands and creators connect to turn views into profits. Creators clip, remix, and post branded content on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X — earning for every view they deliver. Brands get scale, simplicity, and performance tracking they can actually trust.

The role

Campaign Managers are at the center of Clipster's day-to-day operations.
You'll own campaigns from the initial client conversation and campaign planning through setup, launch, execution, optimization, and reporting.
This isn't just an execution role. Clients will rely on you to help them understand what a strong campaign should look like — how to structure it, what creators should be asked to produce, what content approaches are likely to work, and how the campaign should evolve based on performance.
You'll be responsible for both the quality of the campaign strategy and how well it gets executed.

What you'll do

  • Own campaign planning, setup, launch, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Advise clients on how to structure their campaigns to get the strongest possible results.
  • Turn client goals into clear campaign strategies, briefs, creator requirements, and execution plans.
  • Help shape campaign concepts, content directions, creator approaches, and references rather than simply executing a predefined brief.
  • Coordinate with clients and creators to keep campaigns moving and deliverables on track.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively adjust campaigns when something isn't working.
  • Keep clients informed throughout the campaign and make sure no client feels forgotten.
  • Own campaign reporting and turn performance data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Drive creator participation, output, retention, and overall campaign experience.
  • Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to surface client and creator feedback, identify recurring problems, and improve the platform and campaign workflows.
  • Help improve Campaign team processes, templates, reporting, and internal ways of working as we scale.
  • Stay flexible and take ownership of adjacent priorities as company needs evolve.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in campaign management, account management, digital marketing, advertising, or another client-facing role.
  • Experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, social media, digital advertising, or an agency environment.
  • Experience working directly with brands or agencies.
  • Experience owning campaigns or client projects from start to finish.
  • Clear and confident English communication, both in writing and on calls.
  • High ownership and proactivity: you identify problems before someone has to point them out.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and processes can evolve quickly.
  • Strong English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a sales, business development, or other commercially focused role.
  • Experience creating processes, playbooks, or functions from scratch in an early-stage company.
  • Experience using client and operational feedback to influence product improvements.

What we offer

  • A competitive salary that reflects the impact you have, reviewed as you grow into more.
  • Flexible time off — take what you need. We trust adults to manage their own energy, not a leave balance.
  • Remote-first: work wherever you're most productive, and we get together in person when it makes sense.
  • A one-time $1,000 home office bonus to set up a workspace you'll actually want to work from.
  • An annual education stipend for books, courses, and conferences.
