Customer Service Specialist with Spanish and English
- Deliver superior customer experience to individuals and business clients by calls and mail
- Register patients for visits and provide them with help in looking for physical clinics
- Contact clinics in order to book visit for patients
- Collect comments from clients and doctors
- Handle complaints, reporting irregularities and deficiencies in consultations to physicians
- Take care of the proper circulation of medical documentation
Requirements
- Serbian language - native
- An empathetic, understanding, and discreet person,
- Accurate and organized,
- Communicative knowledge of English,
- Knowledge of the Office system,
- Experienced in customer or patient service.
