Our Client Care Hub (CCH) manages certain types of calls, such as appointment bookings and general enquiries, coming into practices centrally.  

Role: Call Handler
Location: Remote, with training and support provided by our Dunfermline Contact Centre
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday, 8am–7pm , we can also consider part time applications working between 8am-12pm or 3pm-7pm where we can be flexible on days. 
Bank Holidays: Occasional bank holiday working required

As this is a remote role, you’ll need a suitable, quiet working area where you can work comfortably and professionally, along with a reliable internet connection that supports the technology and systems you’ll use throughout the day. You’ll also need to be comfortable working independently while staying connected with the wider team.

We’re looking for people who can be flexible with their working days and hours, helping us to provide the support our clients need, when they need it.

More Than a Call

As a Call Handler with inspiring vet care, you’ll support our daytime clinics, acting as the first point of contact for pet owners who may be worried, concerned or unsure of what to do next.

This is about much more than simply answering calls. You’ll provide reassurance, clear information and a calm, friendly voice when pet owners need it most, helping to ensure every client receives the high-quality support and service we’re known for.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Client Care Hub provides dedicated support, including appointments and general enquiries. It operates as an extension of the practice, directing each client to the place where their needs can be handled most effectively.
