What You'll Be Doing
Make outbound calls to conduct customer service and political opinion survey
Read survey questions from a provided script
Listen carefully and accurately enter respondents' answers
Maintain a professional and friendly approach on every call
Complete survey calls efficiently and accurately
This is survey research — there is NO selling and NO sales quota.

Please Read: Scheduling & Availability Our survey projects are based on client demand, so this position is best suited for someone who has open availability and can accommodate a changing schedule. This is an on-call, temporary position. Hours are not guaranteed. Your schedule may change from day to day, and there may be times when you receive same-day or next-day notice of available work.
Depending on project volume, you may receive a full shift, a partial shift, or no scheduled hours on a particular day. Weekend availability may also be required.
Typical calling hours are between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM PST, although schedules can vary. What We're Looking For
Must currently reside in Nevada
Clear and professional communication skills
Comfortable speaking with people over the phone
Ability to read and follow a script accurately
Strong listening and data-entry skills
Dependable, responsive, and able to work when scheduled
Comfortable performing repetitive, call-based work
Ability to maintain focus and accuracy throughout your shift
Work-From-Home Requirements Candidates interested in working from home must have:
Their own computer equipment
Reliable internet; a hardwired Ethernet connection is recommended
A quiet, distraction-free workspace
Ability to attend and complete the required on-site training period
