About the Role

The Call Center Specialist will serve as one of the first points of contact for homeowners and potential customers. This individual will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, following up on leads, updating CRM systems, and ensuring customers receive a professional and positive experience throughout the process.

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Schedule appointments for sales and operations teams
• Follow up with homeowners regarding appointments, estimates, and project updates
• Enter and update customer information accurately within CRM systems
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, project timelines, and general questions
• Maintain detailed notes and documentation within company systems
• Assist with lead management and appointment confirmation efforts
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to support customer communication
• Help improve customer experience and response times
• Support administrative and operational tasks as needed
