General Purpose

The Call Center Representative will contact homeowners by phone, schedule qualified appointments for free consultations, update lead information, maintain reports, and answer inbound calls generated through advertising campaigns. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners and deliver a scripted sales presentation.
• Adapt presentations to meet the specific needs of each homeowner.
• Address questions and overcome objections professionally.
• Gather and verify homeowner information, including names, addresses, and phone numbers.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations.
• Enter appointment and lead information into the company database.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate appointments for canvassers and sales representatives.
• Perform quality control and follow-up calls.
• Answer inbound calls from homeowners responding to advertisements.
• Follow up with prospective customers after initial contact.
• Update reports and maintain lead-tracking information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, sales, marketing, or promotions preferred.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with common business applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Product training will be provided.
• Ability to work from home productively, if required.
