Job Description

The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist will support the Medicare Sales team to ensure the accurate and timely dissemination of information leading to the sale of new and renewed Medicare health plans. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, energetic, quick learner and skilled in various administrative support functions.  

This position will monitor inbound/outbound calls of the sales agents, including but not limited to demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, tone, voice inflections and conformity to company policy and procedures. 

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably within the insurance industry 
• At least 2 years' experience in Quality Assurance preferred 
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite 
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each call and performance of sales agents  
• Professional, organized, and motivated self-starter 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Superior active listening abilities 
• Meticulous work habits 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required 
• Bachelor's degree preferred 
• Preferred Health insurance license
