The Calendar Assistant is responsible for managing scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks while maintaining accurate notes and follow-ups. They must handle high-volume days and last-minute changes while ensuring efficient communication and organization.

You have 1+ years of scheduling, coordination, or administrative experience.
You manage time well: you can juggle multiple open jobs at once, stay organized under pressure, and prioritize the most time-sensitive tasks.
You're highly organized: your queue stays clean, your notes are accurate, and your follow-ups are on time.
You stay composed: you handle high-volume days and last-minute changes without rattling the team.
You take direction well: you're coachable, receptive to feedback, and apply guidance from leadership quickly.
You have strong attendance: you show up on time, ready to work, and dependable.
You have technical aptitude: you're comfortable across scheduling platforms, ticketing systems, and cloud-based tools (Google Workspace experience preferred).
Bonus points if you have prior experience in court reporting or the legal industry.
