Profile Requirements:

• CAD/3D Experience: 2+ years of professional experience with CAD, 3D modeling, architectural visualization, product design, engineering design, or a related field.
• D5 Render Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with D5 Render and the ability to teach the software to beginners and/or intermediate users; experience with real-time rendering, materials, lighting, cameras, assets, and scene creation is required.
• Related Software: Experience with one or more major CAD/3D platforms such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, 3ds Max, Archicad, Blender, Cinema 4D, or Vectorworks is strongly preferred.
• Teaching & Communication: Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly, conduct live screen-share training, create instructional materials, and adapt teaching to different skill levels.
• Industry Agnostic: Experience working across multiple industries or project types is a major plus; candidates who can apply CAD and visualization principles beyond a single specialized industry are preferred.

Core responsibilities:

• CAD & 3D Design: Create, modify, and refine accurate 2D/3D CAD models, drawings, layouts, and design concepts based on project requirements.
• D5 Render Production: Use D5 Render to transform CAD/3D models into high-quality photorealistic visualizations, including still renders, presentations, animations, panoramas, and other visual outputs.
• D5 Training: Develop and deliver practical, step-by-step training on D5 Render, covering the interface, importing models, scene setup, materials, textures, lighting, cameras, environments, assets, rendering, and presentation workflows.
• Workflow Development: Teach efficient workflows between CAD/modeling platforms and D5 Render, including model preparation, LiveSync, file organization, material management, and design revisions.
• Rendering Optimization: Demonstrate best practices for improving render quality, optimizing scenes and assets, managing lighting and materials, and balancing visual quality with rendering performance.
• Instructional Support: Provide hands-on coaching, demonstrations, troubleshooting, exercises, and feedback to help users become independently proficient with D5 Render.
• Design Visualization: Produce professional visuals that clearly communicate concepts, designs, layouts, products, spaces, or other project ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Documentation & Standards: Establish repeatable CAD/D5 workflows, templates, tutorials, and best practices while maintaining accuracy, consistency, file organization, and professional presentation standards.
