Who We Are
BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.
As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.

A Community of Professionals
Our crew work alongside individuals who share their dedication to craft. At Bond, the standard of those around you will inspire and elevate your own.
The Opportunity
Bond Aviation is seeking elevated Cabin Attendants to join our flight operations team. In this role, you will curate the member experience with conviction and care — flying on all three of our aircraft:
The Schedule
Bond Aviation Cabin Attendants operate on an 11 days on, 10 days off rotational schedule, structured across four rotations. Once per year, every Cabin Attendant receives a consecutive 25-to-27-day break.
