Role Summary
Provides business operations, reporting, data analysis, and performance management support for HRSA/NHDP administrative, financial, acquisition, purchase card, and information management operations. Leads development of management reporting products, performance measures, data collection and validation activities, and decision-support materials. Supports continuous improvement, performance monitoring, stakeholder reporting, and operational analysis activities, while providing analytical and documentation support for process improvement and technology enablement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, management, data analytics, information systems, finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business operations support, program support, performance management, reporting, or analytical support.
Experience collecting, analyzing, validating, and reporting operational or performance data.
Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint, or other reporting and data visualization tools.
Experience conducting data quality reviews, trend analysis, and performance assessments.
Experience supporting process improvement, strategic planning, governance, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience supporting business process analysis, workflow assessments, or technology implementation projects.
Experience preparing executive briefings, leadership reports, and decision-support materials.
Certification in business analysis, data analytics, project management, or process improvement (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, CAPM, or equivalent).
