CTG is seeking an experienced Business Senior Strategy Analyst to support enterprise-wide strategic planning, business analysis, and cross-functional initiatives for our client. Duration: 18 months
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support strategic projects, business initiatives, and long-term planning efforts.
- Analyze business performance, trends, workflows, and operational data to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and strategic documentation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation that meets regulatory and organizational standards.
- Produce ad hoc and recurring analyses to support business decision-making.
- Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies while providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic outcomes and business improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to business leaders and executive stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy, business analysis, project management, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience creating executive summaries, strategic reports, and business documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple business functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with risk management, audit, and regulatory compliance processes.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $35.88 to $59.80/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
