Role Summary
Provides business process analysis, process improvement, and technology enablement support for HRSA/NHDP administrative, financial, acquisition, purchase card, and information management operations. Leads current state assessments, future state process design, workflow standardization, business requirements development, and evaluation of Government-approved technologies. Supports implementation of process improvements, workflow automation, solution design, performance measurement, management reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, management, information systems, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business process analysis, business systems analysis, process improvement, business operations, or management consulting.
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workflow assessments, process mapping, and operational analysis.
- Experience developing process documentation, SOPs, workflows, business rules, templates, and job aids.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Experience evaluating and implementing process improvements using Government-approved technologies and automation tools.
- Experience analyzing business systems, workflows, or enterprise applications and translating business needs into functional requirements and solution recommendations.
- Experience supporting solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities using Government-approved platforms and technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Federal agencies or Federal business operations programs.
- Experience with business process reengineering, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and SharePoint solutions.
- Experience developing performance measures, metrics, and management reporting products.
- Experience with records management, workflow automation, or information management initiatives.
- Experience supporting organizational change, process adoption, or technology implementation efforts.
- Certification such as Lean Six Sigma, CBPA, PMP, or equivalent process improvement credential.
