Business Operations Manager (EOS Program Manager)

SUMMARY

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager (EOS Program Manager) to own and drive the organization's operating cadence within an EOS environment. This role is responsible for ensuring strategic priorities are translated into consistent execution by managing planning cycles, tracking goals and initiatives through Strety, driving accountability, and maintaining alignment across teams. The ideal candidate is a highly organized operator who excels at coordination, process management, and turning plans into action.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Running our weekly Level 10 leadership meeting in Strety
  
• Owning Rock and To-Do tracking, and chasing owners for updates
  
• Keeping the scorecard current and flagging misses before the meeting
  
• Prepping quarterly and annual planning materials
  
• Maintaining process documentation
