The Sr. Business Manager – Viral Vector Services is an experienced individual contributor responsible for supporting business management activities across customer programs and commercial portfolios. This role partners closely with commercial, operational, and functional teams to help ensure alignment between customer expectations, financial performance, and program execution.
This position supports business operations at the intersection of commercial strategy, financial management, and customer program delivery, contributing to revenue forecasting, operational execution, and customer satisfaction across the Viral Vector Services network.
As a Sr. Business Manager, you will support the successful execution of customer programs by helping drive financial accuracy, commercial coordination, and operational alignment. You will contribute to customer proposals, forecasting activities, and cross-functional collaboration efforts that improve predictability and customer experience.
Your work will help strengthen execution consistency, support sustainable business growth, and enable effective delivery across customer programs and portfolios.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $103,100.00–$154,700.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
