Job Description:

Under the direction of the Business Intelligence & Analytics Director, the Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager is responsible for supporting and executing the agency’s reporting, dashboarding, and analytics initiatives. This role partners cross-functionally with Client Services, Operations, and Field Leadership to ensure accurate reporting, actionable insights, and consistent KPI tracking.

This position is highly hands-on and focused on dashboard development, reporting optimization, data aggregation, data integrity, and analytics support to help drive operational and client success. The Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager will support the ongoing enhancement of reporting tools, data processes, and analytics workflows.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Client Services, Operations, and Field Leadership to support reporting and analytics initiatives
  • Serve as a key contributor to reporting, dashboard, and performance insight discussions across internal and client-facing teams
  • Support the development, maintenance, and optimization of reporting platforms used by field and internal teams
  • Create and manage Power BI dashboards, including client-facing reporting experiences and other assigned programs
  • Assist with dashboard enhancements, reporting scalability, and ongoing data cleanup
  • Aggregate, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and data sources
  • Define and maintain reporting logic, KPI alignment, and reporting consistency across tool stacks
  • Support data quality assurance (QA), audits, documentation, and validation processes to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity
  • Manage raw data files, reporting inputs, integrations, and internal reporting systems
  • Assist with survey reporting, operational reporting, and performance tracking initiatives
  • Support KPI tracking, bonus reporting, and operational performance metrics as needed
  • Ensure reporting visuals, dashboard formatting, and usability remain clear, consistent, and user-friendly
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and opportunities for process improvements
  • Support ongoing analytics projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.



Skills/Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards and operational reports
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative communication skills across cross-functional teams
  • Experience supporting KPI tracking, reporting initiatives, and operational analytics
  • Comfortable working with evolving reporting infrastructures and business processes
  • Strong understanding of dashboard usability, reporting presentation, and data visualization best practices
  • Ability to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for operational improvement through data analysis
  • Support a data-driven culture through collaboration, reporting consistency, and process improvement initiatives
  • Lead special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned



Preferred Education and Experience:                 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI/reporting, analytics operations, or related reporting functions
  • Experience aggregating and validating data across multiple systems and reporting sources
  • Understanding of KPI tracking, reporting cadence management, and operational reporting workflows
  • Ability to translate reporting requirements into scalable dashboards and actionable business insights
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-client, or evolving operational environments preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
  • Experience supporting reporting tool implementations, optimizations, or enhancements preferred

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.

 

Technology:

  • Experience working with Power BI, including dashboard creation, reporting maintenance, workspace management, and data visualization best practices
  • Experience with Looker, Google Suite, SQL, and Python preferred
