What you’ll do:
CSP is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and help turn data into clear, meaningful insights that support better decision-making across the organization.
Reporting to the Director, Strategic Initiatives, the Business Intelligence Analyst will organize, analyze, interpret, and communicate data related to CSP’s journals and business operations. This role will develop and maintain dashboards and reports that bring together information from editorial, marketing, sales, finance, and other areas of the organization.
You’ll be someone who enjoys asking questions about data, identifying trends and patterns, and translating complex information into clear, practical insights. You’ll also work with publishing and research data to help CSP better understand journal performance, authors, research trends, competitors, and the broader scholarly publishing landscape.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines analytical thinking, curiosity, strong communication skills, and an interest in scholarly publishing or research.

The anticipated salary range for this position is CAD $80,000 – $90,000. The starting salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s skills and abilities.
