Business Inteligence Administrator

Job Details: Job Location: El Salvador - San Salvador , , Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Day Shift, Ethnix Group is looking for a BI Administrator to manage and support our business intelligence environment, with a primary focus on ThoughtSpot and the data stack supporting our analytics ecosystem. This is a full-time, remote position, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with weekends off.   Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the ThoughtSpot BI platform, including users, security, configuration, and system health. Manage user access, roles, permissions, and BI governance. Monitor platform performance, data refreshes, and system issues. Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and liveboards based on business requirements. Work with SQL, Snowflake, dbt, and Hevo to support data models and analytics. Partner with IT and business teams to develop reporting and analytics solutions. Provide technical support and training to BI users. Maintain documentation and BI best practices.   Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience administering enterprise BI platforms such as ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, MicroStrategy, or similar. Strong SQL and data modeling skills. Hands-on experience with Snowflake. Experience with dbt and/or Hevo or similar ETL/ELT tools. Experience managing user access, security, roles, and permissions within a BI platform. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and business teams. ThoughtSpot experience is a strong plus.   Schedule & Work Environment Full-Time | 40 hours/week Monday–Friday Weekends Off Remote Company-provided equipment   Salary: $1,700–$1,900 per month Qualifications:
