We are expanding our commercial presence in India and looking for a Business Development Specialist to develop new business opportunities in the Mumbai–Pune industrial region.

  • Develop a sales pipeline from scratch in the Mumbai–Pune region.

  • Identify and approach potential customers in manufacturing and industrial sectors.

  • Conduct cold outreach, customer meetings, and plant visits to understand customer needs.

  • Generate first sales opportunities for pallets and pallet collars.

  • Manage the full sales process from first contact to first order.

  • Build relationships with procurement, supply chain, logistics, and plant management stakeholders.

  • Provide regular market feedback and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

  • 5+ years of B2B international sales experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.

  • Experience in new business development and field sales in international environment.

  • Strong hunter mindset and ability to acquire new customers independently.

  • Good understanding of manufacturing or supply chain environments.

  • Strong communication skills and fluent English.*

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Mumbai–Pune region.

  • Valid driving license; own car preferred.
