What You’ll Do

  • Proactively generate and qualify new business through outbound prospecting (calls, email, networking)
  • Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline—this role is measured on activity and results
  • Own early-stage conversations and uncover customer needs to create opportunities
  • Support quotes, proposals, and RFP responses to move deals forward
  • Keep CRM clean, accurate, and reflective of real pipeline health
  • Partner cross-functionally (operations, finance, production) to bring opportunities to life
  • Identify process improvements and help strengthen how we sell

 

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or high-activity customer-facing roles
  • Proven ability (or strong drive) to prospect, cold reach, and open doors
  • Competitive mindset—you like targets, metrics, and winning
  • Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone and in writing
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel; B2B experience is a plus
