  • Track business opportunities and maintain up-to-date sales pipeline information;

  • Support commercial negotiations and contribute to securing new agreements;
  • Regularly communicate client needs, market insights, and business forecasts to internal teams;
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the business development cycle.

Desired Professional Profile

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or account management within the construction, structural steel, or industrial project sectors;
  • Knowledge of the construction project environment and structural steel industry is considered a strong asset;
  • Excellent relationship-building and prospecting skills;
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and generate new revenue;
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
  • Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written;
  • Availability for frequent travel throughout Canada and the United States, approximately two weeks per month;
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a remote environment;
  • Proficiency with computer applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is considered an asset.
