What You’ll Do
- Identify and research potential client companies and hiring opportunities (US, EU, UK)
- Build and qualify outbound prospect lists (ICP-based) using LinkedIn, databases, and sales tools
- Support and execute outbound campaigns (email & LinkedIn)
- Personalize outreach using insights on hiring needs, funding, and growth signals
- Track market trends, funding rounds, and company updates to generate new opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline tracking
- Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to convert leads into active hiring projects
What We’re Looking For
- Interest in tech, startups, AI/ML, or recruitment industry
- Upper-intermediate English (written & spoken)
- Strong research and written communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
