Were growing quickly and are looking for motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to connect with business decision makers and schedule workshops with our AI Strategists.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be on the front line of our growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to business executives, introduce them to Performacentrics AI Readiness Workshop, and book qualified appointments with our AI Strategists.
This is an entry-level opportunityno prior sales experience is required. If youre confident, persuasive, and comfortable talking to decision makers, youll succeed here. Well provide the training, tools, and support to help you thrive.
Make outbound cold calls to business decision makers across industries.
Track and manage outreach activity in CRM tools.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and
appointment-setting goals.Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude.
Comprehensive training in sales and AI-readiness concepts.
