As our client continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Manager who can independently identify new business opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and bring new software development projects to the company.

About the Company

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing software development company delivering custom software solutions for both enterprise and startup clients across Europe and beyond.

Unlike traditional outsourcing companies, they build dedicated project teams around each client engagement, focusing on long-term partnerships, high-quality engineering, and solving real business problems through technology.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients through outbound sales activities.

  • Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.

  • Build client relationships with founders, CTOs, CEOs, Product Owners, and procurement teams.

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs.

  • Present our software development services and value proposition.

  • Prepare proposals together with our technical team.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM.

  • Represent the company at online and offline networking events when appropriate.

  • Continuously develop new channels for acquiring clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling custom software development, IT outsourcing/consulting, nearshore/offshore development, or dedicated development teams.

  • Proven track record of winning new B2B clients.

  • Strong outbound sales experience.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Experience managing long sales cycles.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Odoo, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.

  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle is a significant advantage.

Nice to Have

  • Existing network of decision-makers in Europe, North America or UAE.

  • Experience selling AI, cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software projects.

  • Experience working in distributed or international teams.
