Tasks

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to manage the entire sales process, from discovery calls to successful onboarding of our AI solutions across global life science customers. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to work in AI for Pharma / Life Sciences, and who thrives at the intersection of customer acquisition and solution enablement.

Our business development fits the “consultative sales” framework. We need someone who excels at understanding the needs of customers and guiding complex group of stakeholders through to the right tech solution and the right implementation plan.

This position would be a fit either for an enterprise AE profile used to 100k+ ACVs or for a life science consultant with a desire to pivot to sales & implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to drive revenue growth
  • Support the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, PoCs, negotiation, and closing
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and contribute to forecasting and pipeline management
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences
  • Feedback our product team with the evolving needs of the market

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in business development or consulting in a B2B environment

  • Prior sector exposure to Life Science, Pharma or Biotech
  • Fluent in English and German is a must
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and build internal relationships
