【Responsibilities】
- Actively identify and target key partner groups based on the company's business strategy. Take full ownership of the BD lifecycle, from lead generation and exploring collaboration models to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Deeply understand the core selling points of our products. Deliver professional business pitches to channel partners and drive the successful implementation of Affiliate marketing programs and other tailored partnership solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners. Assist channels in resolving product promotion queries and optimize the partnership experience. Utilize refined operational strategies to scale the acquisition of new end-users and boost overall revenue contribution.
- Maintain a high level of sensitivity to the innovative derivatives and trading user evaluation/incubation sectors. Regularly collect and consolidate frontline market dynamics to provide objective insights that help optimize product rules and marketing strategies.
【Requirements】
- 1-3+ years of Business Development or sales experience in the CFD brokerage or financial derivatives industry. Familiar with mainstream capital evaluation and trading user incubation models, as well as revenue-sharing/rebate distribution mechanisms.
- Highly goal-oriented and self-driven. Capable of independently executing client development plans, with a proven track record in lead tracking, pipeline management, and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent professional business communication and negotiation skills. Ability to clearly and accurately articulate product mechanisms and partnership logic to establish and maintain trust with partners.
- Fluent English is required as a working language for seamless cross-border business communication. Familiarity with specific regional markets and proficiency in local languages is a strong plus.

- 保持对创新衍生品及交易用户考核与孵化领域的高度敏锐,定期收集并汇总一线市场动态,为公司优化产品规则及营销策略提供客观的市场依据。
【任职要求】
- 具备 1-3 年及以上 CFD 经纪商或金融衍生品领域的渠道拓展(BD)或销售经验。了解目前主流的资金考核与交易用户孵化模式,熟悉返佣/分润等利益分配机制。
- 具备强烈的目标导向意识与自我驱动力。能够独立执行客户开发计划,具备优秀的线索追踪、推进与业绩达成能力。
- 具备专业的商业表达与洽谈技巧,能够清晰、准确地传递公司的产品机制与合作逻辑,有效建立并维护合作方信任。
- 英语可作为日常工作语言,能够无障碍进行跨国商务沟通。熟悉特定区域市场,具备当地小语种能力者优先。
