This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) who can drive sales initiatives, generate new business opportunities, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Manage end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Until additional support resources are onboarded, handle telecalling, lead follow-ups, customer engagement, proposal drafting, and other day-to-day business development activities.



Requirements

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to international business development and sales.
  • Experience working with clients in the US, UK, GCC, Australia, Africa, and European regions.
  • Proven track record in acquiring projects and generating revenue.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Candidates should be willing to travel as required.​
