Business Development Executive – Turkey (Remote)

YOUR ROLE

  • Take responsibility for the development, expansion, and maintenance of our partner network, including agents, universities, and other key stakeholders in the Turkish region.
  • Serve as the primary contact person for our Turkish partners, offering guidance and building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities tailored to our partner network, such as newsletters, email campaigns, and advertising initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support cross-divisional projects and contribute ideas to enhance our reach in the Turkish market.
  • Assist in the preparation and participation in educational trade fairs and events, representing Expatrio and engaging with students and partners.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You bring 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally with a focus on the Turkish market.
  • You are fluent in Turkish and possess excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
  • You have a deep understanding of the Turkish market, particularly in the context of education, international student recruitment, or sales networks.
  • Your interpersonal skills and empathetic approach make it easy for you to build and nurture relationships.
  • You have a proactive mindset, work independently, and take initiative in tackling challenges and responsibilities.
  • You enjoy participating in trade fairs and interacting with clients, showcasing Expatrio's value to the Turkish market.
