  • Build professional relationships with university representatives.
  • Schedule appointments for partnership discussions.
  • Follow up with universities and maintain regular communication.
  • Update CRM with accurate call notes and appointment details.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to increase university partnerships.
  • Progress into independently closing partnership agreements as your performance grows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Business Development, Appointment Setting, or B2B Sales experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable making 50–60 outbound calls daily.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience speaking with decision-makers.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
