The Business Development Analyst supports LEARN’s growth initiatives, including acquisitions and new center openings. This role serves as a key coordinator for active projects, helping manage time-lines, organize diligence materials, prepare presentations and approval materials, track project milestones, and maintain business development reporting. The Business Development Analyst helps ensure growth initiatives remain organized, on schedule, and moving toward successful execution and will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed to support project objectives.
This is a full-time, remote position with a starting salary of $70,000 per year, with flexibility based on experience, education, and certifications. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain tracking systems and reporting for active acquisition opportunities and new center opening projects, ensuring project status, key milestones, and action items are current and readily accessible.
- Coordinate project activities across active growth initiatives, including scheduling meetings, tracking follow-up items, maintaining time-lines, and supporting overall project organization.
- Prepare presentations, board approval materials, status reports, and other business development deliverables for leadership.
- Support acquisition diligence efforts by organizing data requests, maintaining diligence materials, coordinating information flow, and tracking outstanding items.
- Support new center opening initiatives by monitoring key project milestones, maintaining project trackers, and assisting with coordination activities.
- Conduct research and gather information to support acquisition evaluations, market assessments, site selection activities, and other business development initiatives.
- Maintain organized document sources, project files, communications, and reporting materials to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in an analyst, project coordinator, or administrative support role required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, experience with project management platforms, and comfort navigating data room platforms required
