The international IT company Intetics is looking for a Business / Data Analyst / Data Scientist to join our team.
The role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing enterprise data, developing analytical models, and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reporting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and analytical solutions that support strategic workforce planning and organizational development.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and analytical specifications.
- Analyze and profile enterprise data to ensure quality and consistency.
- Develop KPIs, reporting frameworks, and analytical models.
- Perform forecasting, scenario modeling, and statistical analysis.
- Validate dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Experience gathering business requirements and conducting stakeholder workshops.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Practical experience with SQL for data analysis.
- Experience using Python or R for analytical tasks.
- Experience with data profiling and data quality assessment.
- Knowledge of forecasting, scenario modeling, or statistical analysis.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings to both technical and business audiences.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Strategic Workforce Planning.
- Experience with HR, Payroll, Finance, or Budgeting analytics.
- Experience with Monte Carlo simulations or sensitivity analysis.
- Experience prototyping dashboards using Power BI.
