Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing management, tracking and updating of our internal revenue and invoicing trackers (PM Reports / CMTs)
• Complete month end responsibilities and any other monthly reporting needs, as required
• Explore solutions and new techniques for business improvement
• Process flows and design and documentations / training
• Cross functional system requirements and data gathering
• Understanding of data design and structural integrity
• Gather and prepare data to support analytics from a variety of data sources including internal systems, databases, excel spreadsheets and flat files, as well as, external sources if necessary

Qualifications

Experience:

• Advanced English skills, both verbal and written, at least C1 
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Some previous admin experience
• High degree of discretion when dealing with confidential documents
• Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail 
• Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and meet tight deadlines 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
