Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry who can effectively bridge business and technology teams, drive requirement clarity, and contribute to successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Strong understanding of business analysis fundamentals, including requirement gathering, user story creation, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience creating and maintaining requirement artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, workflow diagrams, mockups, and functional specifications.
• Basic technical knowledge of SQL, APIs, application logs, system integrations, and related technology concepts to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
• Practical experience using AI-powered tools to support documentation, research, analysis, and productivity improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams.
• Ability to analyze business problems, identify solutions, and translate requirements into clear and actionable deliverables.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucid chart, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Business Analyst (5+ Years SaaS Experience)

Time of work - 3 PM IST to 12 AM IST
Work from home option due to time of work
