You will serve as the creative bridge between visual identity and performance marketing for a high-scale sports media platform. This is a net-new role where you own the execution of global B2B campaigns, high-impact landing pages, and internal branding. The challenge isn't just aesthetics; it's the ability to translate complex AI product value into clean visual communication while adding a layer of motion to cut through the noise.
The platform is an AI-driven B2B SaaS ecosystem that automates the generation and distribution of video highlights for the world’s largest sports media rights owners. It solves the real-world problem of content immediacy in sports, processing massive streams of data to deliver highlights in real-time. The product operates in a high-stakes domain where speed and brand consistency are critical for global sports broadcasters.
Technology Stack: The design workflow is centered in Figma for layouts and collaborative handoffs, complemented by Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) for core visual assets. Motion work is executed in After Effects to bring static campaigns to life. The team uses Jira to manage a high volume of requests from global stakeholders, ensuring a structured, transparent creative process.
Own the visual delivery of B2B marketing campaigns, from high-converting landing pages to multi-channel social media assets
Translate static brand identities into dynamic motion graphics to increase engagement across digital platforms
Develop comprehensive visual systems for internal HR initiatives and employer branding to maintain culture at scale
Partner directly with Business Development teams to produce high-stakes sales collateral and one-pagers
Present design logic and creative rationale to non-designer stakeholders, ensuring alignment between brand vision and business goals
3+ years of experience in visual communication or brand design within a B2B or agency environment
Expert-level command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects)
Proven ability to create motion graphics as a secondary skill to enhance primary visual designs
Advanced English proficiency for daily collaboration with an international, remote-first team
A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality digital layouts and sophisticated brand application
Experience working within the sports media or SaaS technology domains
Previous experience managing creative workflows through Jira
